Therapy


Online therapy — which means we can meet, even if we are not in the same city or timezone- provides the convenience of receiving professional mental health support from the comfort of your own environment. Whatever it is, your story matters and deserves safety and privacy.

Online therapy is a powerful option for anyone seeking compassionate and safe, mental health support. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma or just need someone to talk to, our virtual therapy sessions offer a warm and secure space for your resiliency journey.

— What you can expect
A warm, compassionate virtual space where your therapist will guide you through techniques like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dignity Therapy, Psychedelic Integration, supporting your healing journey.

— What you have to put in
It's an honor to have you here. Your time, openness, and trust in the therapeutic process are deeply appreciated. The process might involve sharing your emotions, experiences, and thoughts. At times it might look like actively participating in the healing journey by following recommended therapeutic techniques and strategies for trauma recovery. Regardless, the most important thing: there is an innate healing capacity we all have and therapy means accessing that.

— Fees Fees range from $65 to $220 per session, plus GST, depending on the therapist. Pricing is subject to change.

Training


The Lab of Meditation is an intensive Meditation Teachers Training- a 14-week program- aiming to provide you with the necessary understanding, training, mentoring, and practical experience to invite mindfulness into your life, as a practitioner or as a teacher for others.

— Format and Details about the program
The Lab of Meditation program takes place online three times a year. We have cohorts starting in September, January and March. We meet once a week, generally on Tuesdays at 6pm PST plus 3 online weekend retreats (from 10am PST to 3 pm PST)

Individuals wanting to build or strengthen their practice, or for those wanting to guideand teach others or work in businesses and mindfulness-oriented organizations.
